My Approach
My approach is to create a safe, supportive space where women can gain clarity, identify unhealthy patterns and rediscover their voice, dreams and values. We will work collaboratively to identify goals and strategies to overcome limiting beliefs and draw out strengths. We will use a variety of assessment tools and goal-setting techniques as well as other resources when needed.
